Lead Pastors Dave & Donna Patterson
Dave and Donna Patterson are the Senior and Founding Pastors of The Father's House. Dave and Donna moved to Vacaville in the summer of 1996 and launched the church in March of 1997. They have been leading worship, teaching and pastoring for over 25 years. Dave also serves on the Apostolic Leadership Team of Ministers Fellowship International. Dave and Donna have been married for 25 years and have two beautiful girls, Tosha and Ciara. Their passion is to see a church that lives in the presence and purposes of God.
Worship Pastors Joseph & Tosha Zwanziger
Joseph and Tosha Zwanziger are the Worship Pastors and directors of the School of Worship Arts at The Father's House in Vacaville, CA. With 20 years of worship leading experience between them, Joseph and Tosha have a heart to see the worship of the local church excel both spiritually and technically.
Joseph and Tosha are some of the main songwriters at The Father's House and Joseph has produced several of the worship albums of the church, including the newest release, "Eternity's King" and Tosha's debut solo project, "Pages". Joseph also co-authored the book "Lessons for the Worship Team" with Lead Pastor, Dave Patterson. Joseph and Tosha have an adorable baby boy, Cohen.
Small Groups Pastors Tim and Kim Nalley
Tim and Kim Nalley are the Small Groups Pastors at The Father's House and have been involved in ministry since their early teens. They have served as pastors at The Father's House since July of 1997. Tim and Kim have been married since 1985 and have three wonderful daughters: Heather, Candyce and Kayla, and an amazing granddaughter: Macie Ella Stow. Tim and Kim's passion and desire is to see people discover their unique gifting and purpose, helping them find their place in the body of Christ through service and small groups.
Connections Pastor Heidi Maxwell
Heidi Maxwell has been at The Father's House since the first year. God added her to our body and she has served in many areas of ministry. As Connections Pastor, Heidi and her team create environments to connect people to God and each other. Heidi oversees adult connections including new believers, guest services and various other classes. She desires to see everyone that calls The Father's House their home get connected in life-giving relationships, as well as connected to the destiny God has for them. Heidi also serves as our Missions Pastor and coordinates our missions endeavors. With over 20 years of ministry experience Heidi is a blessing to our church family. Heidi is also a full time wife to Adriel and mother to Faith.
Executive Pastor Mark Sligar
Mark and Brenda Sligar come to us from Portland, Oregon. Mark has over 25 years of church business experience specializing in church administration, risk management, and business consulting. Mark was the Administrative Resources Director for Ministers Fellowship International, and prior to that was the Business Administrator for City Bible Church in Portland. Brenda has years of experience ministering to young children and teens, as well as teaching kindergarten. They both have experience in every area of church ministry and church life. Mark and Brenda have been married for 27 years and have four children.
Intern Director and Leader of City Impact Pastor Raymond Beaty
Raymond and Kim Beaty help develop and lead an army of faithful volunteers at The Father's House who create an inviting experience for both newcomers and members. As Pastors of First Impressions they serve the church in areas of guest attendance, growth and volunteer development, and offering strategies for high-impact first impressions. Raymond and Kim have 21 years of ministry experience. They have been married 29 years, and have two children.
Youth Pastors Tim & Robyn Bittle
Tim and Robyn Bittle have been working with the youth of The Fathers House since 2005. In 2007, they were set in as associate youth pastors and in January of 2010, assumed the role of the lead youth pastors at the church. Both are passionate about raising up an army of young leaders in this generation and consider it an honor to be called to such a noble task. In addition to their Genlife responsibilities, Tim and Robyn oversee the semi-annual youth and adult "Life Change Retreats", the annual Encounter Generation conference, and the summer youth camp. Tim is also highly involved in the local marketplace and continues to operate a successful real estate practice.
Childrens Pastor Tammy Payne
Tammy Payne started serving in children's ministry as a teen. She is the Preschool and Nursery Pastor and has served at The Father's House since August 2001. Tammy believes that each child is uniquely made and has an inimitable personality and learning style, which she makes every effort to reach. She enjoys researching trends and child development with a driving passion to minister to the youngest in our church family. Tammy is also a full-time wife of John, mother of three, and grandmother of one.
Associate Small Groups Pastor Jon Sibug
Jon Sibug is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley with a degree in Religious Studies. He has also completed some work on his Masters of Divinity at Fuller Theological Seminary. Jon has over 7 years of ministry experience. He currently serves as a teacher at Vacaville Christian High School. While he enjoys being an educator, his passion is helping those around him be strong disciples of Christ, using their gifts to glorify God in a lifestyle of worship.
Napa Campus Pastor Wil Lake
Wil and Autumn Lake have over two decades of ministry and business leadership experience. Wil serves as the Leadership Development Pastor and oversees the training and releasing of people called to lead in The Father's House. He also oversees our Marketplace Ministry encouraging businesspeople see their business as their ministry and instilling faith and vision for greater levels of success and influence. Autumn loves to minister to women teaching, strengthening and encouraging them to reach their full potential. Wil and Autumn have been married for 25 years and have four children.
Associate Kids Pastors Peter and Heather Stow
Peter and Heather Stow have served in TFH Kids Ministry since their early teens. They were married in 2007 and have a beautiful baby girl Macie Ella. Their heart and passion is to see kids, at a young age, learn to hear and respond to the voice of God. They believe that kids have a call from God on their life NOW and they want to help guide and grow those giftings.
