Pastors Jude & Ciara Fouquier

Jude and Ciara Fouquier are the lead pastors of The Father's House Santa Barbara. For fourteen years they served as full-time youth pastors at The Father's House in Vacaville, California, where they developed a deep passion for reaching the next generation. In 2026 they moved to plant TFH Santa Barbara with a vision to build a church where God's presence dwells and people far from God can find life in Christ. Their heart is to see students, families, and everyone in between encounter Jesus and discover their purpose in Him.
