Why Do We Go?
The LA Dream Center, established in 1994, provides transformative opportunities and essential services to underserved communities in Los Angeles. Through outreach programs like mobile food banks and Adopt A Block, they deliver food, clothing, and resources to thousands weekly. Their transitional housing programs help individuals overcome trauma, addiction, homelessness, and other challenges, equipping them with life skills to re-enter society with renewed purpose and a healthier mind, body, and spirit.
Our Response
We have the chance to make a meaningful and lasting impact—both practical and spiritual—in the city of Los Angeles. By joining this team, you’ll have the opportunity to serve across a variety of ministries throughout the week, including Adopt-a-Block, DC Construction, the Discipleship Program, DC Food Bank, Food Trucks, Kids Jam Outreach, foster care intervention, clothing outreach, and more!

ApplicationWe believe when people engage in service, it leads to life change. Our short-term trips provide opportunities for people to serve together in various locations around the world. Our belief is that as people chose to serve, whether in one of our churches, in the local community, or around the world, the impact of that service will change lives—for those serving, for the people they serve, and even for those that see them choosing to give their time to help someone else.
For those of you who have not gotten involved, we hope this will be the year you choose to begin a lifestyle of service. And to those who are serving, we just want to say thank you. You are the reason the mission is being accomplished.
